At Tookskills, we want our learners to have a smooth and satisfying learning experience. If you are not happy with a course you purchased, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions described below.


2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Refunds are available only if:

    • You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.

    • The course quality is significantly different from what was promised.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The refund request is made after 14 days.

  • You have completed most or all of the course.

  • The refund request is based on personal preferences after learning has been consumed (e.g., "I changed my mind").


4. Instructor Earnings

If a refund is approved, the instructor’s earnings for that sale will be deducted accordingly.


5. How to Request a Refund

  • Email us at [email protected] with your course name, purchase details, and reason for refund.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
